Cookbook and Nutrition Guide

I recently wrote a combination cookbook and nutritional guide. It has a bunch of nutritional information in the beginning and then over 100 healthy recipes. My philosophy is to take great everyday recipes that people are used to making and alter one or two ingredients to make it much healthier but maintain the same great taste you are used to.
